Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although parts of this response are correct, we stand by our original complaint that this was a verbal agreement with MrG [redacted] , and he gave us HIS WORD, that it would only be a soft credit pull We have once again checked with our credit monitoring company and have confirmed that it was a hard inquiry that impacted our credit score, therefore, we do not want to do any further business with Galles Chevrolet because we feel we were mislead and lied to This being said, the offer of a full tank of gas and free oil change is not something we want or need what so ever Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]
