The owner of the company contacted me when I was searching on-line for pool service. The owner was very nice over the telephone and told me he would come out right away and check out my pool situation and then quote a price. He sent a young man out and he told me I needed several things taken care of and then he contacted the owner, who he told me was also his relative to find out the cost. It was $120.00 and I gave him a check for that amount.The owner and I discussed monthly service and he told me he would charge me $30.00 a month, however I left it that I would get back to him.In July I received a bill for monthly service and contacted the owner by telephone right away. I was upset as service had not been done and it was only the beginning of July so how could they send out a bill before they did any work. He tried to suggest his worker might have been out to my house and I stopped him and advised him my gate is locked and my pool is not accessible unless I open the gate. He told me he would take care of the bill.I received another bill with additional charges and a late fee and I wrote on the bill the situation and asked them to please take care of this billing error and stop sending me charges for services they never performed and mailed it to them.Now I am receiving a bill for September with another past due amount of $15.00 and past due charges!!!!This company only came to my house once and received payment at time of service!! They have ignored my call and my letter attempting to stop sending statements.
