The experience that Mr*** had with our McCoy’s store location does not reflect an experience that we desire or that is typical for McCoy’s customers. Our McCoy’s team has a reputation for good customer service, working together to solve customer problems and to provide the materials our
customers need to complete their projects. The communication from our team was insufficient, and we are appreciative that Mr*** brought this to our attention. We addressed this issue with our team, and one of our very experienced Managers worked directly with Mr*** to make sure we’re providing the products and services he needs. We always welcome feedback from our customers and do our best to use the feedback to improve

Initially, customer service didn’t occur as it should have in this instance. The communication from our team was insufficient, and we are appreciative that Mr*** brought this to our attention. We addressed this issue with our team, and at this time, one of our very experienced Contractor Sales Representatives is now working directly with Mr*** to make sure we’re providing the products and services he needs.
