Review: I hired [redacted] Roofing to install a new roof on my home. The date of installation was April 25, 2009. All workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. I called [redacted] Roofing because roofing nails had been dropping on my porch for a full year. It was during the winter and they told me to call when the weather broke.
I called them on May 14th and never received a call back.
I called them again on May 30th. I told the man that answered that my roof was guaranteed for 10 years and I wanted someone to come out and examine the roof and look at the collection of nails I had collected on my porch and ground.
He stated that someone would call back and no one ever called.
They cashed my check for $5600 quickly enough.Desired Settlement: I want someone from [redacted] Roofing to come to my house to examine the collection of nails I have accumulated and check the roof.
Review: County line roof was supposed to come out and look at our roof because we had leaks in our kitchen ceiling water was coming thru leaks called numerous times asking when they will be coming out and they are not returning calls and blowing us off I want something done because I have to fix the patch in our kitchenDesired Settlement: Come out to look at roof and correct the problem patch up rood,or replace shingles so no more rains come thru the ceiling
