M C Davis Holdings

On April 6, 2013 I entered into a contract with [redacted] c/o Breakout Interactive Marketing, Little Monkey Consulting and CM Davis Holdings, LLC. I contracted out to [redacted] in a contract stating that he, himself would preform website development and consulting services. I sent the files for the project on a Friday and was told that I would have a completed project early the next week. When I contacted [redacted] I was met with "oh I will have things for your shortly." I came to find out that he was not doing the work at all but sending it overseas to India to have done. When I did finally get a response from [redacted], it was a link to a site that sorta looked like what I gave him, but had been redone by this India-Based company. In my contract that I had [redacted] from1151 Lake Shore Drive Naples, FL XXXXX sign, it cleary states that all work must be performed by [redacted] and not be farmed out to an overseas vendor. Since this was clearly the case, I asked for my deposit back, clearly fraud and in direct violation of my contract.It is clear that [redacted] is a scam artist that lures individuals and companies via sites like Craigslist to rip them off by misrepresenting himself as something he is not, a true website developer/programmer.Warning, do not use [redacted] or any association with his companies; Breakout Interactive Marketing, Little Monkey Consulting or CM Davis Holdings, LLC.
