Review: On 9/26/13 I called said company to reserve a 40 passenger party bus for 11/16/13, I was quoted $1800 with a $450 deposit to hold the bus, at which time the cancellation policies were not explained. on 11/06/13 Due to unforeseen circumstances I called said company to cancel my reservation at which time I was informed that I forfeit my deposit, I then called back and asked if it was possible to change to a later date since that was a lot of money to loose I was told as long as it was before the end of the year I than selected the date of 12/28/13. The next day on 11/7/13 I called to inquire about downsizing the vehicle and a switch back to the original I was told that they would have to talk to the owner and call me back... About 5 minutes later I received a call from the said company stating the I could downsize and that the date of 11/16/13 from 10pm to 2am would be fine. The customer service agent suggested an Excursion limo and I agreed... On 11/16/13 at 10:00pm there was no limo.

I called said company to inquire on the whereabouts, I was in formed that there was no limo scheduled, after customer service agent further investigation as to what happened he saw the mix up. that said customer service tried to find a limo to service me but the time that he could arrive would not have gotten me to my birthday party in time. I was then told to contact the manager on Monday 11/18/13 to get a refund since he didn't have access to authorize the refund. I then called on 11/18/13 to talk to the manager where I was met with bad attitude and hung up on. I called back to talk to someone else where I was attacked again and they threatened to call the police on me if I came to the location of the business and try to talk to the manager that I was instructed to talked too. I then called again and the yelling and disrespect continued I was told that I was committing fraud and that if I could not afford the services that I should have never called to use their services... I have never been treated in the manner that I was treated in with any other business. My birthday party was ruined and I lost money on that, I had to refund money back to everyone that were suppose to attend my nights of events.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my money back and I will never have anymore dealings with the said comapny

Review: I rented a limo from this company. An excursion limo to be exact. The limo arrived promptly on time, but service went quickly down hill. The vehicle we were provided did not have air conditioning (or per the company it was driver error). Also, not as critical( but I paid nearly $1000 so it is expected that this stuff should work), but the radio and usb port did not work. We noted this issue rather quickly and informed our driver. It became quickly apparent that our driver did not speak English very well. We informed our driver 3-4 times that the air was not working in the back of the limo. It became increasingly hot. He attempted to push some buttons and try to fix the situation. It would work for about 2 minutes and then stop working again and at times it would blow out hot air. This was a summer day in mid July- very hot outside. After speaking with our driver numerous times with no success we decided we had to take matters into our own hands by calling the actual company. We informed a lady on the phone of the issue and she stated she would be in touch with the driver and call us back. She never called us back and our driver said nothing to us. In the meantime, a member in our party became ill (sweating, pale, and vomited) due to the heat and lack of air in the back of the limo. We called the company back and she stated that someone was going to meet us and they would fix the air. Our driver pulled over on the side of a very busy highway. We felt very unsafe. We told him this several times. He said we are waiting for someone to meet us here to fix the air. We asked the driver to please drive to our first designated location as we had reservations and were already running late. We asked him to have another vehicle to pick us up. He proceeded as we asked to our first drop off location. I spoke with the company on the phone again and she stated all they had was a vehicle called "Pegasus", which is a party van type of vehicle--not what I ordered. I went with it because it was our only option and we have had this day planned for months. After finishing up at our first location which proceeded to get in the new vehicle. The driver quickly pointed out that the radio and usb outlet worked. He also turned the AC on and it worked great....for about 10 minutes. We were quickly back in the same boat with no AC. We informed our driver, and again nothing changed. He would just smile at us and attempt to mess with buttons to make it look like he was doing something. In the meantime, we arrived at our second location. While backing in our driver hit a parked car. He quickly opened the door and told us to get out. He never went into the location to inform someone. He never left a note. We had a member of our party go in and inform an employee that our driver had hit a vehicle. I am not sure the outcome of this. Finally, we were on our way home. The lack of AC in the vehicle cause people to get sick again. We finally had no choice but to ask our driver to drop us off 45 minutes from our designated drop off location and had to call friends to pick us up. I tried to call the company and speak with a manager. He would only email me back as his method of communication. He offered me a $100 refund and told me that he is the only person that handles refunds and that I can't speak with anyone else.Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to take responsibility for either the vehicle or the poor training of their employee. I would like a large refund, because I do not feel that I was given the service that I paid for. This company put a damper on my sisters bachelorette party.
