M&C Mobile Home Transporting, Inc.*** *** *** *** ***In response to the complaint filed by *** * ***:The movement of the home was delayed numerous times because of the inability to obtain moving permits from the PaD.O.Tdue to construction zones on the roads needed to move the
homeThe customer was made aware of this fact on more than one occasion; every time the company attempted to obtain a moving permit.M&C would still be willing to move the home if the customer obtains all of the material that is needed to set and block itThe material hasn’t been purchased yet by the customer and it has to be at the site the day the home is deliveredIf the customer gets the material and calls M&C, the company will gladly schedule a date to move the home as long as all of the construction has been finished and M&C can get a permit

The workers should of known where to drill the holes before they got to the site. The representative did not tell then where the holes should go.they drilled the holes in the spot  where a smaller Trailer was located. The job was rejected by the inspector because they hit concrete. At that time, the work should of stoped, and the owner of the company or the property owner should of been notified of the mistake. We paid for shotty work that was rejected by the inspector. The workers shouldn't of gotten paid anything until the job was passed.

The day the work was done, the customer had a person at the job site torepresent them The fact that the inspector didn’t pass the holes was due to theplacement of them. The holes for the piers were drilled in the spot that thecustomer’s representative told the workers to put them. if the customer...

wantedthe home in a different spot, they should have informed their representative ofthat fact. The man who was there to over see the work argued with the workersthat they would put the home where HE told them to.The President of the Corporation stopped responding to phone calls only afterthe customer had 4 different people calling him, swearing at him, and makingthreats against him. One of those people informed the President of theCorporation that the workers “must be stupid to listen to an 87 year old man”.That 87 year old man is the person THEY chose to have there that day to over seethe work.• The company was perfectly willing to come back and work with the customer tomake this all right. The work can’t be done in the rain or when the ground is toowet from rain, The customer knew this from day one. M&C was simply waiting forthe ground to dry enough to be able to do the work. In the mean time, thecustomer started putting false “reviews” online and threatening to “go to court”.it was at this point in time that the company realized that there would be nopleasing this customer, and decided to stop all communication. This customerONLY paid for the time, labor, and use of equipment for that day. They did notpay for anything that they didn’t receive.
