M C P Alarm

I bought a flat iron at xxxxx kiosk. The woman, xxxxx, sold me a flat iron insisting that if I didn't like it, I could bring it back for a refund . Within the hour, I returned to get a refund because a friend had bought me a iron for a Christmas gift and so I naturally returned to the kiosk to refund the flat iron. I brought it back to the mall kiosk literally one hour after to refund it . The woman then didn't even address me. The other employee, xxxxx, addressed me and gave me a phone number(xxxxx) and indicated that I must call his "boss" (xxxxx) ) in order to authorize the refund. After that, he just walked away. I called xxxxx and explained to him my case. He said he would call me right back in which he never did. I had to call him after roughly 10 minutes of waiting. He picked up and then hung up mid-call. I called him again and he said he was waiting for " a report" before he could authorize the refund. I waited around longer and then I called him back with no success. He texted back saying that he was "driving". While I waited around the kiosk (for a total time of nearly 40 minutes) he called me back saying that I could not get a refund, that he wouldn't authorize the refund. I tried to reason with him that I needed the refund for an item I bought literally an hour ago and have not even used, but he continued to refuse. I told him that I didn't want conflict and that it would be remedied if he just refunded my money and take his product back but he continued to refuse and I told him I would file a complaint with mall management regarding his and his employee's customer service was terrible. Essentially, his employee lied about the refund. He did not seem to care that I was going to file the complaint. I left the kiosk and filed a complaint with mall management.
