Thank you for contacting us in regards to this customer.Our records indicate, we spoke to the customer on December *** to authorize the return on her item.We emailed her the Return Instructions in which clearly states that we can only accept returns in new or like new conditionOpen used conditions and must be in their original undamaged box.Directly From Rma we sent to the customer as well as printed on the Walmart marketplace that she purchased the item fromAll returned items must be in new condition, in their original undamaged box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories."When we received her return all the items were opened and thrown in a box without any original packaging or boxes, and apparently the item was used and abused.When we notified the customer and informed her that we could not receive her Rma, due to the facts mentioned aboveShe started to relay to us that all the items were in new conditions and she started to tell us that we were lying, once we mentioned we had pictures of her return she recanted, got irate and started to use foul language and threaten our reps. *** THESE PICTURES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST *** We offered to give her a refund for her return less the replacement costs of all the items that were not returned as well as new packaging from the respective manufacturesWe received a quote for $to replace the missing items, or we would offer her a brand new unit as an exchange. At this time we do not know how this customer would like to proceed

I did not receive the camera. According to the tracking information, the camera was sent to the wrong address. I moved to New Brunswick in September therefore was unable to receive a package in Quebec. I can provide proof of residency if necessary. My address was clearly marked on the package when I returned it and my address was current with ***. I never received any tracking information regarding the delivery so I had no idea if it had ever been sent. I contacted the company on May * and received the attached response, which contradicts whet the company is now claiming This was the last written communication I received from the company. I have contacted the company repeatedly via its website, phone and emailand received no response from it.I contacted Nikon and verified that this company is not an authorized seller so did not send the camera there for repair. I would like the company to retract its libelous statement that I am attempting to "scam" it. I really do not understand why it is so difficult for the company to simply return the camera I paid for. This is business process

Hi, we have attached pictures showing the way we received the gopro from the customer. As you can see the way we received it back is completely unacceptable as per our return policies. We have tried offering to refund the customer minus the restocking fee but unfortunately the customer is refusing that option and so the only other option we can offer is to return the package back to the customer.Thank you,47st photo

We were contacted by the customer on May [redacted] stating she had not received her camera. We contacted the [redacted] Airport Exchange on May [redacted] who let us know –at that time-that they still had the package and would be returning it to us. With all good intentions we waited for the package to return to...

us but that never happened.  From the time we were told we would be getting the package back until May [redacted] we were experiencing a lot of difficulty getting answers from [redacted] as to where this package was. We finally did get an account supervisor who was able to escalate our problem and provide us with tracking which proves that the package was actually delivered on April [redacted] by Canada Post.  [redacted]It is questionable as to why the customer would contact us on May [redacted] when the package was delivered on April [redacted]. It appears as if she may have been attempting to scam us into getting another camera or her money back even though she already has the camera.Tell us why here...

MC Plumbing, LLC did the plumbing in my brand new home last year. They did a wonderful job and have been quick to come check things out if any issues have arose. They even took care of a problem with our drain that was not their fault. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

return policy which customer is made aware of the time of purchase we state the following;Eligibility Conditions Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, 47th Street Photo reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee.Returns must be received by 47th Street Photo within 30 calendar days from the date on your invoice. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original undamaged box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition (this includes the product's packaging) will be returned to the customer without exchange or refund. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of 47th Street Photo. Products with serial numbers which do not match the serial numbers on package or invoice will not be acceptable and sent back to the customer. 47th Street Photo maintains a serial number database. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. At this point we can either refuse the package and have the customer file their own claim if they believe it was damaged during shipping or we are willing to make an exception and offer the customer a refund minus a restocking fee.  Thank you.
