Hello:When the customer placed his order, we did have a variety of [redacted] Vodka bottles in stock but not all were the flavor he wantedWe had informed him of several choices and then a decision was made that he only wanted one bottle with the Gold label and none of the other flavorsWe adjusted his invoice, charged him for one and shipped that item out[redacted] A week later we were able to locate a few more bottlesWe called and spoke to our customer and he was very happy that we were able to get two more even though the pricing was going to be higherHowever, we tried to help our customer, and gave a $adjustment on his new invoice for the two additional bottles of [redacted] Gold and did send it to him[redacted] We have spoken to our customer and he is no longer disputing this transactionRegards:Ron [redacted] Cleantech Ventures Inc
