[redacted] came and installed a new roof in my home. After it was completed, I noticed that there were shingles lifting and warping around the chimney and skylight. I immediately called [redacted] and tried to get him to come out, months went by and he didn't respond to multiple phone calls and messages. I finally got a hold of him after months, and he said he would come out and fix the problem. I was not home when he showed up so I trusted him to fix the issue. After returning home from work, I saw that nothing was done; the shingles were still lifting up and warping around the same two spots. I called him and he called me back shortly after to discuss why nothing was done. He was short and angry with me on the phone and did not want to explain why nothing was done and simply said there is nothing wrong with the roof job he did. I asked multiple times for him to explain why he considers the lifting of shingles to be normal, and he refused to answer. He completely cut me off and said he didn't care to talk to me anymore and then hung up in the middle of me talking. I tried to call back and he didn't answer; I then left a message letting him know I would contact the Revdex.com if he refuses to deal with this in an adult manner.
