Complaint Number: ***. The complaint has been satisfied with a refund of money. The cancelled tour was to be on 03/15/17, I printed a check for them on 04/12/(less than month later) and it has been cashed at our bank on 04/25/17. The check number I mailed them was
#for $(refund for check #19353). Unfortunately the request for refund came at a busy time and it took perhaps a little longer than it should've, but I thought it was still within a reasonable amount of time. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Perhaps they were busy at the time but they told me to expect the refund shortly after they cancelled the tour. Not a mouth after the tour was suppose to have been. Yes we now have our refund happy for that and thank you for your help in this matter
