M C Treads Quality New and Used Tires

During the week of May 13th, 2012, I bought a used tire from this company. The tire was mounted on the left front of the vehicle. Upon leaving the company, I noticed a shimmering and vibration on the left front of the truck. The same thing happened the next morning, so I returned to speak with xxxxx, the owner. He said nothing was wrong with the tire, but I felt the tires steel belt was separated. He refused to refund my money.I contacted xxxxx, xxxxx County magistrate, who suggested I contact you.
