Review: I was supposed to purchase a vehicle form mcars, inc. I signed the papers and was too pick up the car in a couple of days. I was then informed the bank did not approve the loan and there was frame damage on the car. So they promised to find me another. I requested my refund bc a car was not produced It has now been two months and the owner agreed to refund my money this fri 12/[redacted]but when I contacted him this morning at he responded.... "Im sorry to tell you that theres no refund available we dont have it right real talk you are going to have to take a car theres no other way right now"

So now I have no car and no money and he refuses to refund me and he's trying to force me into a car I don't want. And into a loan for a car that I do not want that is already on his lot. He saying that I am to picky and I need to take a car that he has.

I truly believe that this was all a scam from the beginning. I bought a car that was never available for sale they took my money and they are trying to force me into the crappy cars that they have on their lot. I told him I don't want them he is saying well he doesn't have the money to give me and he don't know when he will have it. I asked him why was my check cashed and spent he says he doesn't kno. This is the owner,Desired Settlement: I want my full down payment back for the car I paid for but did not receive.

Review: dealer advertised a 4door car and once car was paid for shipped and delivered was a 2 door car. car had serveral issue when shipped as well all windows didnt power down, check engine light was on and never came off, rattling noise from engine, driver side door didnt unlock from outside, front and rear bumper was ajarred or loose, the price was ORGINALLY AGREEDED on as $5,000 and once deposit and car was fully paid and car now being shipped from dealership he then changed the price to $6,000. I have now giving dealer at this point all the money due on car for over 2 and a half weeks and dealer has not relesed car todate. I have contacted the dealer on serveral occasion and he has not returned calls as well as I have asked for my refund back informed dealer I did not want car but dealer refuses to give refund.dealer states he can fix all issues for more money agrued that I dont want to buy car anylonger and want full refund as well has I have not had car or diven car as of yet and I am still within the 30days of sale. insurrance and plates are now on car in my name that I have not hadin my possesion bill of sale date is 6/**/2013 please help dealer has given false advertisment and bad service and is ripping off customer.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund on car purchase of $6,000, the plates and insurrance card back on car that I have never had, driven or seen repaired ASAP!
