*** *** placed order *** on March 1st, for a Maxman *** enlargement System for $plus shipping He was having it shipped to his address at *** ***, *** *** *** *** *** ** which his address matched the billing address of the credit card and
he had the credit card in hand because it matched the digits on the back of the cardHis order was shipped via *** with tracking number *** at 11:AM. When he placed his order he agreed to our terms which state: Note: Once your order is placed processing starts immediately and your order cannot be cancelledOur system is fully automated to get you your items as quick as possibleDouble check your order before you checkoutDid you put your apartment number? Did you order the correct number of items? Please note due to health reasons *** *** are unreturnableCoupons MUST be used at the time of purchaseWe cannot add them after the order is placedWe do NOT give cash refunds.An order cannot be placed without agreeing to these terms.At 11:AM *** *** called and talk to *** He called and asked to cancel his orderHe no longer wanted it She told him it already shipped and there was nothing that could be doneHe then said he was going to return it and she told him *** *** were not returnableHe asked "Why not?" he was not even going to open itShe told him it was because of health reasons and that he had agreed to our terms when he placed the order He became belligerent and started cursing at ***She told him to hold on for a minute and put *** on the phone. Mr*** told *** that he wanted to cancel his order. When he was told he could not, he started swearing that *** and *** old him if he was going to be abusive, he would have to hang up *** told him his order had already shipped and he would get a tracking number when we closed for the day Mr *** started to change his storyMr*** then stated that a friend had ordered it for him and he did not want itHe was told that nothing could be done, it had already shippedMr*** was asked and agreed that all the information was his and was correctMr *** then said that his friend stole his card and used his credit card with out his permission*** told him that was a matter for the police and he should file charges against his friend Mr*** said he would dispute the charges if we did not refund him and he would tell them it was a fraudulent order*** said all the information is correct and he at first tried to cancel the order because he no longer wanted it He demanded to know ***'s name and when when *** refused to give his last name he asked what kind of company this was not being able to give out last namesHe was told due to the nature of the business, we do not give that information outHe demanded to know our address and was told we do not give that over the phoneHe started cursing again and *** hung up the phone.Mr*** called back immediately and *** answered and told Mr*** that if he continued to curse he would hand upMr*** said he need the order cancelledAnd when *** refused stating it already shipped, Mr*** started cursing and *** hung upMr*** called more times, and when *** answered immediately started cursing at *** immediately, hung up the phone Mr*** continued to call several more timesThe staff was told not to pick upHe did not leave a messageThis happened another or times. At 3:PM, Mr *** called again and demanded to know the address of the company He did not identify himself, He was told we do not give that information out He started cursing again and was hung up on. As far as we are concernedMr*** placed the order for the Maxman *** enlargement system and it was shipped out promptlyHe got the item he purchased
The customer placed his order shipping the Maxman *** *** to ship to his address which he has verified He had the credit card in his possession when he placed the order The order was shipped the next morning after he placed itA confirmation of the order was emailed to his address which he said he recievedHe called us from the phone number listed on the order. As far as we are concerned, he placed an order to his address using his credit card and we shipped out what he ordered and he received it in a timely mannerThis transaction is closed*** *** are not returnableHe agreed to our terms when the order was placed
