I wanted to reach out to you about the complaint that you filed with the Revdex.com.  I know that as of today, the deck has been completely rebuilt and the broken window has been repaired.  I am extremely sorry that it has taken longer than expected to get these issues resolved.  I certainly wish it was just as simple as hiring a contractor to complete these tasks. However, when it comes to the owner spending several thousand dollars on the repairs, we are at the mercy of getting owner approval before we are authorized to conduct any repairs. Please understand that this is not an issue with Marchant Property Management, but we are solely at the mercy of the owner to get approval. I assure you that we have made repeated requests to the owner to get the repairs completed as quickly as possible.  I would respectfully ask that you please contact the Revdex.com and withdraw this complaint since all of the issues have been resolved.  We will also be contacting the Revdex.com to let them know that these issues have been resolved. Thank you very much and I apologize again about the delay.
