Review: Hi, I had a question regarding auto insurance policy and I was for waiting by the window for more than 20 minutes even though the staff was talking about their personal issues not related to work. I still did not interrupted them and then when I said excuse me, they did ignore me and phone rang one of them picked it up and other 2 female staff put their head down and pretended doing something. I left and I was in shock! Please look into it. I'd like that office to be punished!!!Desired Settlement: Please address my issues and concerns
