To whom it may concern please keep in mind that for any extended warranty issues customer must contact GBS warranty company phone number ###-###-#### a copy of the original invoice is needed. This is what all Customers agreed and signed on when the warranty was purchased. Also it
is a policy that if case warranty company can not fulfill Customer's needs and customer is not happy with any decision warranty company makes Murano's furniture will refund only the money was paid for the warranty between $and $max it is written on the invoice also a copy of the original invoice must be provided. We at Murano's furniture do our best to make our customers happy and that one of the reasons we have been in business for more than years. For best results please come in person and speak to one of our representitive at customer service or call us at ###-###-#### to discuss more information and solve this matter. Thank you

For Whom it may concern in order for us to address any issue we need the customer to provide us with the original invoice and any other original documents that can help us track the order and service our customer the right way.we asked the customer to either physically bring the invoice or
Email it or mail us a copy in the mail since the invoice is too old and not in our system any more but customer refused. our warranty only covers the defected furniture for one year unless customer purchased an extended warranty and that covers accidentals such cut rips cigarette burns ext and does NOT cover manufacturer defects a list of coverage can also be found on customer's original contract.if customer has a copy of the extended warranty customer must contact the warranty company directly GBS Warranty ###-###-#### that number is also on the invoice and provide them the original invoice and the contract.if customer is not happy with the warranty company we only refund the money that way paid for the warranty $and that's much customer had paid for the warranty it self.we do NOT refund any money for furniture ones it is delivered as our store policy written on the invoice states that all sales are final no refund no Exceptions.we do not refund any money towards any furniture that customer has been using for years and month.our furniture is made to last and we think almost years is a good amount of years for furniture that's used everyday.we are here to help but we need the customer to cooperate to resolve the issue

I purchased a year warranty not a one year warrantyI have the pamphlet that was given to me by Murano's FurnitureNo where does it say anything about a one year warrantyI was also not given the option to email a copy of my invoiceI was told verbatim "either come in with the receipt or hang up the phone because you are not helping me." I have also been in touch with the warranty company and they have reached out to the store several times and did not receive a response that has allowed them to process the claimI believe they stated that when I purchased the warranty plan, my information should have been sent over to them but it wasn't because they didn't even have my phone number in the systemI was sold a warranty and Murano's just pocketed the money. The problems I'm having with both my dining set and the couch purchased are not from daily use as my dining set is only used on special occasions and the couch is in the den not the main living roomThe furniture didn't hold up to minimal use, forget about if I had used it daily.

Unfortunately we do not keep invoices in our system for more then years. It is the Customer's responsibility to keep all original invoices as it is a part of the policy We at Murano's furniture customer server don't take matters personally and we are not nasty neither rudeInstead we try to handle services and treat our customer in a profesional way as much as possible Please keep in mind that the only way to undress this issue is to come in the store in person with any document that can help us verify your purchase and we will do our best to reasonably help our customer to address the issue. If customer decide to do so please ask for either anthony or mike and we will be glad to help

 I have the original paperwork. And I specifically asked the rude and very nasty man on the phone which of the several numbers on my receipt was the number I was looking for since none specify and got the same "hang up the phone cause you're not helping me" response. If you don't believe that is rude and nasty, then I don't know what is rude and nasty to you. I am not able to come into the store and should not have to come in as I paid for a warranty!!!!!!! If all I need is a number, why is so hard for you to help me!!!!  If I bought a warranty for 5 years, you would think a smart business would keep those people's records for more than 2 years, wouldn't you?
