We are writing in regard to a recent letter received from you about a complaint from a [redacted] after work which was done for his mother at her residence. We have worked for his mother for

winters also. We have only one employee who does this work, so he has always been the one to do it.
Another of our employees has done furnace work for her. The $27.50, not $25 was taken off as a
courtesy which we do for many of our close and/or repeat customers, she was not actually charged for
the February 1gtb service. Neither the discount or the “no charge” had anything to do with the claim of
something being broken, we do it frequently for many of our customers. In fact his mother cafied
claiming our employee bad removed skirting from her mobile home in an area which he did not work
Knowing he did not remove the skirting where it was down, he still went back down to try to fix it for
her, he was unable to get it fixed.
The [redacted], which a copy is included, was sent out in mid March and was paid at the beginning of
April. It was not until late June or July that [redacted] came to our office claiming we owed $20 per light
bulb broke and several hundred dollars for a grow light This was 4 to 5 months after the service calls.
We look into and take care of any issue that any customer calls us with within a reasonable time frame,
as our employee did with the skirting. Someone who isn’t our customer, coming into our office over 4
months later claiming we owed a large amount of money and costs for environmental and medical
issues is not valid in our eyes, nor would it be for any other business.
As for the telephone calls. The owner does not sit in the office all day, he is out on service calls
most of the time. If he is not on a service call he does not answerthe phone because as everyone else,
we get teleniarketing and sales calls non-stop, 50 if someone does not want to give a name, they don’t
get through. Late in the afternoon of September 18, after [redacted] had filed the complaint with you, he
called our office. He asked to speak with the owner, who was not here. He was asked his name and he
responded “[redacted]”. He was asked what it was pertaining to, and he said he would take it up with the
owner. He was never hung up on, and he would never leave a message. We would actually like to
know what Mr. [redacted] used his grow light for anyways; it was a little late to start a garden!

Review: I recently found out that my mother had work performed by M D Sarvey plumbing of Prospect, PA in March of 2014. It would not have been a matter to me, except for the fact that their technician, while working, managed to pull 1 TV entirely off of it's stand in a bedroom and nearly pulled the TV in the living room off of it's stand. The bedroom involved was previously mine and still contained several of my possessions. The TV managed to break a grow light fixture that was being stored in front of my gun cabinet. The grow light fixture contains 8 T5HO Fluorescent bulbs, each 4' in length. The TV shattered 7 of the 8 bulbs. The fixture itself was also heavily damaged. When I questioned my mom about what exactly happened, she told my how the incident took place. The water lines under her mobile home had frozen, which wasn't entirely uncommon. While thawing with a Ready Heater, the technician began pulling our cable lines. Previous techs never touched the cable wires. This in turn pulled the TV's from their locations.I was shown the invoice by my mother and was told they knocked $25 off of her entire [redacted] to help alleviate replacement of the lights. Fluorescent lights contain large amounts of Mercury. I am concerned my mother's home has heavy metal poisoning. I have tried several attempts to correct the situation with the business, and have been hung up on. Any attempt to mask my identity when calling, simply asking for contact with the owner, has been thwarted. I was told in one conversation that it was my fault that my mother's home contained fluorescent light bulbs and that if they had not been present, it wouldn't be a concern of mine. The light fixture in question also retails for anywhere between $375-$400. I need help in resolving this issue. My mother's information is as follows: [redacted]Desired Settlement: Any and all medical and environmental testing and rectification needed to assure my family's well being as well as replacement of the light fixture.
