July 27 2011, _____ came to our home and showed us the windows he was selling. We agreed to purchase 5 windows and paid half of the total charge of $2750 that day. August 22 2011 the windows were installed. ____ never stopped by as promised to see if we were satisfied with the job so we called him the following week and explained the glass in the window in the kitchen was cracked and was installed off center. I assumed since the job wasn't completed, (in particular due to the cracked window,) and ____ not asking how we wanted to pay for the remainder of the job, that we weren't being charged yet. I was wrong. He charged my credit card the day after installation for the remaining $1375 without my authorization. The installation team called on August 30 and said they wanted us to be happy with the work but with the rain they couldn't get right out to us, and it could take 6 weeks for the replacement window to arrive. Oct 10th, still have not heard back from them so we called the office and asked ____ call us. We did the same each day that entire week to no avail. We found his cell phone number which we also called and left messages. The office told us they didn't have the phone number for the installation team and they have been leaving messages for ____.
