Dear Mr***, We are sorry for any frustrations you have faced in the building processOur hope is that every customer has an enjoyable experience with Dream Finders Homes As previously discussed, Dream Finders Homes has followed the site engineering plans associated with [redacted] In addition, Dream Finders has provided downspouts and underground drains to dispose of rainfall to prevent erosionThere have not been any further issues to this home site since the work has been completedBecause this location does not require a retaining wall be installed, Dream Finders Homes does not intend to install bulkhead at this location In other areas of the community, there are elevation gradients that are steeper and did required retaining wall construction to stabilize the dirtDream Finders has taken the necessary steps in these locations Thank you for understanding [redacted] ***

Dream Finders Homes consider this matter to be resolved and closed Dream Finders Homes has gone above and beyond to accommodate Mr [redacted] To provide excellent customer service we have offered resolution for an item that is not warrantable to no avail The repair to the driveway was completed May 21, by cutting out the damage and replacing the cracked 4’x4’ areaDream Finders Homes communicated well with the homeowner expectations of what the repair entailed up frontDream Finders Homes attempted to schedule a follow up meeting with the homeowner to further discuss the conversation that took place but the homeowner decided to dismiss the issue and decided to leave it as is Email from Mr [redacted] dated June 17, at 8:a.m Do not bother with coming out I just need all other issues fixed ASAP as I am listing my house for sale today Email to Mr [redacted] dated June 16, at 6:a.m It is not my intention to wait anything out but to resolve the matter amicablyAs I said to you on the phone, neither repair is wrong with fixing the driveway, pouring an entire section or cutting out the damage and replacing the cracked areaThe only thing important to me is setting the right expectation with the customer and both Frank ***, my warranty representative, and [redacted] , the concrete subcontractor, feel they communicated well with you what the expectation was for the repairIf you disagree, I am more than happy to meet at your home with Barrett to re-hash the conversation and if we determine it went differently than as I am understanding as it was discussed, we will re-consider how it was completed If you elect not to pursue this any further, can we still complete the other outstanding warranty items in your home that we have discussed with you? From our discussion over the phone last week, I have had Frank follow up with you regarding your outstanding warranty items not completed yetHe will see these items through to completion We searched our written records that Frank had through correspondence for setting correct expectations with the drivewayFrom what I understand, most conversations were in person or over the phone Email to Mr [redacted] dated May 15, at 10:a.m ?We have [redacted] schedule for the repairs at your home for the 21st of May that will be a Thursday You will be unable to drive across the repair until it is fully cured Can you confirm this as soon as possible? Weather permitting, the weather looks good for Thursday but could change The day of the concrete repair pour your vehicle was parked in the section you have claimed should have been removed and repoured which leads me to believe you understood that only the corner was getting replacedI spoke with [redacted] , the owner of the concrete company, who performed the repair work and he said the conversation he had with you was more than simply him jumping out of his truck and circling the location with you and driving off without any conversation as you described to meHe expressed that he walked both the front area and the rear patio with you thoroughly and discussed many other things such as how great hunting would be the animals in the woods, etc He has agreed to meet me at your home later this week if you wish to have us re-evaluate this conversation and discuss in person further? I am rejecting this response because: I am trying to keep this as professional as I can even with being completely disappointed in this companyI really should have considered staying with *** as at least they take care of the yard issues as they have occurred in this communityYou guys claim customer service is something you guys take seriouslyI'm not asking for anything out of the ordinary as you guys were the ones that originally brought the engineer in to look at my property as you were gonna do nothing including reimburse me for my gutters that I paid for not you guysI asked for help in the yard and slope when the house was still being builtI spoke to ***, *** and ***I was reassured over and over that the yard would be graded and it would be mowable and guess what it's not and that is why nobody is hireable to mow it.*** I would love to speak to you personally and hate it has come to this extentI still am being told I can't get anyone's number including *** over *** headThe county has even came out *** ***'s water management and all and said that they can't make you put a bulkhead in but my house HAS to have oneSo the most expensive lot premium, you guys destroyed my yard and duct taped the drains to my gutters and had to come fix it, I had to put gutters at my own expense, sandbags are still on my fence line because that has yet to be fixed properly, I have washouts all along my fence line that you guys say will go away, no stemwall like the two houses next to me that are just now being builtI mean reallyI have pictures of it allAll I want is for you or *** to personally come visit my property, see the pics and not just respond as if you know what is going onOh and silt fence solves nothing and I had to beg for months as I was told that would fix the problemYou have had to have the lake dug out twice that I know of because the washout is so bad.And let me add I have four kids that have a backyard that your engineer deemed unmowable and a child safety riskOh wait *** says that I have a year structural warranty so not if but when that back corner of my house that is on the hill breaks off and ends up in the lake that you guys will replace itHmmmm what about the people that sleep in that room???? I mean reallyThis is beyond ridiculous and I have exhausted all efforts at this pointI even wrote *** on linked inI have tried everything.

Dear Mr***:
The contract (page 17) states between Dream Finders Homes and
homeowner, warranty is provided by the manufacturer or installer. The plumbing in the bathroom was installed
and worked properly for months with no issues since December 11,
Dream
Finders installed standard shower heads in the home
The photos provided of damage include a different shower head than offered by
Dream Finders HomesUndisclosed at time of request, the shower head was
replaced with a “custom” shower head without notifying the plumber, *** *** ***, or the builder, Dream Finders Homes*** *** *** warranty
states plumbing without the authorization of the original permitted contractor
voids the existing warranty on the plumbing of the home
Shown in the photos, the arm extension for the shower head
appears to have leaked at its attachment to the stand pipeThe arm was
possibly loosened, or the seal broken, during installation of the “custom”
shower head resulting in a leak inside the wall*** *** *** did not
install the “custom” shower head, therefore, the damaged arm is not a warranty
item*** *** *** has offered to repair the leak and damage to your
home for payment of services rendered
Dream Finders Homes is a reputable and respectable company
and will not tolerate inappropriate language to our staff; thus resulting the
*** disconnecting his conversation with you
Dream Finders Homes offered a water remediation company to assist with clean up and dryingDream Finders Homes does not take responsibility for a leak
created by an outside party performing work on the home without the
authorization of the builder during the warranty period, therefore your claim
has been denied
