we've received regarding any sort of issue with the work we performed. Despite the customer's statement we were not made aware that he was unhappy with any service provided to him back in January of this year. M Electric, Inc. received no complaints from either Mr. W[redacted] or [redacted].M Electric, Inc. is a service provider for [redacted] and was sent to service Mr. W[redacted]'s home per their request and completed work based on their authorization. We had a total of 3 employees complete the work at Mr. W[redacted]'s home on January 22, 24, 25, & 26.During these four separate visits to Mr. W[redacted]'s home no complaint was filed. Our office was also not contacted by [redacted] Home Warranty until the same date we received the correspondence from your office. It is our belief that [redacted] Home Warranty also did not receive any complaints prior.The employees that were dispatched to the customer's home have reported there was the predictable amount of dust one would expect when cutting into concrete but not an amount in which to cause any sort of health concern or damage to other property.I'm not sure as to why Mr. W[redacted] would wait 50 days to make us aware of his grievance with the work performed. If we had been alerted to his concerns during the time of our work we would have had more options to appease him.It is our understanding that Mr. W[redacted] does not take issue with quality of work that was completed and that his leak has indeed been repaired. Based on the timing of this complaint we are unable to offer any sort of adjustment or compensation for his claim. M Electric, Inc. strives to provide exceptional service to our clients and are regretful our business relationship with Mr. W[redacted] isn't ending on better terms.
