I do agree to what the company has replied to how ever during the time I was falsely accused of not honoring promissory down payments and sent to a collectorWhich the checks had been written out and left in their office the date of March 5thThey were cashed earlier than the promised dates therefore I was charged with a fee from my banking establishment and I was to drive around to and from Kaneohe to Waipahu where the collection office is to prove the payment was made and then later to get a phone call from the collector saying sorry [redacted] from m&g automotive figured out what happened and for me to disregard the collectionAlso adding when re-contacting the company about the repairs I was told they would fix the problem or I could have a mechanic of my choice fix it and they would reimburse for the repairs by [redacted] but I needed to call back in two weeks because he was booked with other vehicles and suffering from a headache for some time and didn't want to argue with me because he would honor customer satisfactionWell when I returned the call two weeks later as requested he pretended not be the "***" I spoke to saying it was another "***" up until I raised my voice with anger then he acknowledge all of which we discussed priorI'm very disappointed with the way he acted, that was very shady and dishonestHe isn't a man of his word and has waisted a lot of my timeHe did tell me to call back the next day to speak to [redacted] which I did and him and I have been trying to work out a solution which still leaves me to pay for the repairs of the vehicle so farI do have to say [redacted] has been as helpful and honored his words so far to help me as best as he could but overall I'm still left with the burden Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

was extremely impressed with the salesman's knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasingThey offer me Carfax, days limited warranty(purchased Nissan Altima)USAA was giving me 4.0%APR and the finance manger got me a longer term with 2.99%APRI defiantly recommend this dealership

We are in a business of retailing. Since we do not manufacture a car, we do not guarantee the components of a vehicle beside the mileage on the vehicle which we guarantee. She 15 ougnfher car-"AS IS"­ with no Purchased an Extended Warranty. Therefore, she has no point here.Again, Thank you of the opportunity to allow us to response to this complaint.
