Kray was very unprofessional to work withHe was the lowest bid on our roofI now know why Kray took 3X the timeframe he initially quoted us to complete the work Kray wanted us allow him to place plywood over our wood shinglesWe spoke to another roofer who defined this as lazy and unprofessional During the project my gutters were damaged and my AC unit tarp was damaged Kray told us initially we would pay half upfront and half when the project is inspected by us and completedHowever, a week into the project he wanted extra money (outside our agreement)This was one of many examples in which he didn't follow through on his commitments Kray was unresponsive to our concernsHe did not call or text us backIn fact we felt luck if we got in contact with himIronically, he wanted us to immediately respond to him and he wanted immediate payment once the job was doneWe did not get to inspect his work until later The quality of work seemed adequateThe timeframe seemed excessive and the professionalism leaves much to be desired I would not recommend this business

After starting the job the price was raised by $ and since it was started I was forced to pay the extortion fees The owners wife comes to me and says I was suppose to dig the foundation I finally stated that we both might have had a misunderstanding and I would be willing to go half expecting them to be professional and reduce this new fee The misunderstanding came from the day of the quote The owner said my white rocks would get dirt in them so I said I would have them moved back and he replied to leave him 5-feet for the dirt which I did I think the owner took advantage of two women trying to get a shared retaining wall and fence up without knowing much about the business And for all this I am left with a great anger and a busted faucet that had rested against the wall post and a gap between where the old wall was and the cement support on my side
