MGM Builders, as run by Gary [redacted] , did a 2nd story addition for usWe have had another builder in to do some work on the house, and we have discovered that the upstairs shower was not waterproofed so it was leaking and had almost rotted through; there was no flashing on the windows upstairs, allowing water behind the siding; the stairs they built were not up to code and were structurally unsound; and the drain pipes were not glued together and therefore not sealedThe workmanship was truly awfulGary did not supervise at all, and I wouldn't trust his supervision anywayThe finishes were done terribly and the price was expensiveA horrible experience; I wish we had never done business with MGM
