Review: I requested that embroidery work be done on 6 garments. The owner never stipulated in writing or otherwise that she would not be responsible if she damaged the garments presented. She did not follow the instruction for a bold legible font and when I saw them I told her that was not what we wanted. She attempted to "fix" the problem by stitching over what was already there. The jackets are now ruined and she refuses to replace the jackets. She admitted when asked that she was not pleased with how they turned out and that if we had originally ordered the jackets from her, she would have reordered and would have restitched them.Desired Settlement: Replacement of 6 jackets at a cost of $180.
