We had MGS Construction come into our home remodel our kitchenThey provided a plan that we loved and the cost was very reasonableNew cabinets, new counters, new paint and floor, new lighting They showed up everyday they said they would and started early in the morning and worked until the end of the dayI never had to call and ask where they were or when they were coming as I have had to do with many other contractorsThis was a dream come trueThe workers even asked a couple times if it was alright if they came on the weekends This kitchen remodel was done in about 1/weeks, soup to nuts, and it was no small remodel Many years ago, they also sided our house and replaced all our windowsSame story as aboveWorked everyday and completed the job without issue I would highly recommend MGS Construction for any projectHands down the best

MGS is trying to deny responsibility to fix a piece of siding that was incorrectly replaced when roofers removed and replaced it to install shingles
In November, 2017, we contracted with MGS to replace our roofAfterward, we contacted them to let them know of relatively small items that needed correctedOne was a rain diverter placed on opposite of how it should have been, and one was a strip of siding going up the side of the garage roof The roofers had to take off the siding from that area in order to install the shingles, and did not put it back on correctlyInitially, we were told it was because the siding wasn't put on flush to the side of the house during installation, and that someone would be out to fix itSomeone did finally come out at the end of May, They did not fix itI then sent a picture to MGS and today received a response stating that they would need to come and take off the siding, and if it was not a roof issue, they would have to charge usIt is an
