I was reffered to Ryan Silbernagel ; I sent him an email of my application and credit report recently ran by Finance of America - which I very high recommend - they don't finance mobile homes but they will finance manufacture homes . Ryan was very dry and didn't seem to care about what I was looking for . I was very disappointed - I really wanted their help . it seemed because I couldn't afford what he was giving me he no longer cared . I will be financing with someone else .

Excellent service with a streamlined path to refinancing. Although the appraisal service they chose was very disappointing, the rest of their process was top notch.

MH Loans and [redacted] helped me help my father refinance his home. I found them after a lot of frustrating research and they were so helpful and had such good rates I was actually a bit skeptical. It turned out they not only offered far better rates than any other lender but their customer service was incredible. My dads loan was small and probably not very profitable but throughout the entire process they treated us as though we were million dollar customers. After the loan refinance was completed we had an issue with my dad's payment that was not the fault of MH Loans but when I asked them for assistance I received an immediate response from [redacted] and [redacted] at MH Loans. They were able to solve the problem for us even though it wasn't even their issue. I will recommend them to anyone!
