and his crew came out trimmed bushes, flowers, and trees. They laid a weed guard with a 15 year warranty which would keep the weeds out of the mulch area. They rushed the job, they did not put the weed guard close enough to the walk edges and left gaps between the pieces of weed guard leaving weeds the openings. After the first storm we noticed a considerable amount of the mulch blew off the weed guard.
I called his office and talked to *** about the problem and asked her to come out and look at the problem. She walked around our yard and took many pictures of the condition of the yard. She told us that they would come out on Monday and add more mulch over the weed guard to correct the problem weather permitting.
On Monday no one showed up nor during the week we still didn't see them. I also called *** him and when I gave my name and he acted like he could not hear me. I called again he hung up again.

Finish the job I want them to correct the job like we were told by his assistant, ***, and doing a quality job like we were promised when we sign the agreement. This means he needs to add enough mulch to hold down the weed gaurd.
I'm responding to consumer complaint towards my business which reflects my rating with the Revdex.com I was never contacted concerning the matter and was notified by a homeowner of my current rating
if I remember correctly the complaint came from a homeowner in *** concerned with mulch missing in certain areas of his mulch bed upon arriving it was determined the homeowners dogs were digging mulch out of the beds and the homeowner was wanting us to come out and replace the mulch everytime the animals removed enough for it to be noticeable I returned 4 time to the property to address the mulch and informed the homeowner that I wasnt going to come back out again to replace mulch that the dogs had moved out around the mulch bed at this point the homeowner became upset stating that its my responsibility and I stated to the homeowner that it was not my responsibility to keep replacing mulch that there pets were digging out. next came the promise that he would call the Revdex.com which clearly was done hence the d+ rating and not to mention the only complaint in the four years I have been in business hopefully this gets resolved because your rating doesnt truly reflect my business willingness to fix issues or work ethic
