has only called me in the past when he could not get his regular guy, and on 2 of those occasions I came right out when he called, once after hours and once on the weekend. I should have charged an emergency charge both of those times but didn't. The time he called was one of the busiest I have had since I have had the business. I had a t least 20 to 30 customers who called before him that I was trying to get to. He couldn't understand why I couldn't just drop everything and bring him 50 gallons. I explained I had many people ahead of him and also had a 100 gal min. He felt my price was much to high I said I didn't have time for this an hung up. Most companies have a 100 gal or even 150 limit. The price that was quoted was more than reasonable. This is the first customer I have had a complaint with.
