I had Mi Connection disconnect my internet and cable connection about 3:00pm on a Wednesday. I called in on Wednesday and told them what happened and let them know I work from home and this kind of thing could make me loose my job. They said the earliest they could have someone fix it was on Friday by 5:00PM. What???? I called back in on Thursday morning and they pretended to escalate the situation but they still said it would be Friday by 5:00PM. I hope they understand that nobody really falls for their tactics where they act like they are attempting to escalate and really doing nothing to help. I am very disappointed that they really don't give a &%$# about their customers.
Extremely bad service, unprofessional technicians , and services go out regularly.
