In late November, I noticed a leak inside of my townhome. I asked a friend for some recommendations on roofers, and M.I. Sons Roofing was suggested to me, among a few others. After contacting several companies, M.I. Sons Roofing was the only company who was able to show up within a reasonable amount of time (less than 1 week). Also, the roof of my home is extremely tall and M.I. Sons Roofing was the only company that arrived with a ladder that was tall enough to reach. The owner of the company was professional and courteous when he explained what needed to be repaired on my house. He returned a few days later to provide a formal estimate and then followed up by asking if I would like the job to be scheduled. It was a very quick and painless process. I did take the time to climb up onto the roof after the work was performed, and the repairs look great. I would highly recommend this company.

After a bad storm blew some of the shingles off my roof and the rain leaked into the bathroom ceiling, I called several roofing companies to help, because more rain was due. Two companies called me back. One said they didn't do emergency roof repairs in Tucson at the time. The other one only did roof replacements not repairs. We started looking around and found M I Sons Roofing on the Revdex.com site. They had a good rating so we looked them up on Facebook too. We called and made an appointment. [redacted] came by exactly on time. On his birthday no less. He looked at the roof, took pictures to show me what was going on. He made a reasonable estimate, so I made an appointment for them to fix the roof. It wouldn't be for another day or two, and I was worried that it may rain again before the appointment. [redacted] said if it looked like it might rain before the appointment, he would come out himself and tarp it so there wouldn't be any more damage. Sure enough, Sunday before the appointment it looked like rain. I called him and he said he would be right over. He came out and put a tarp over it and fastened it down. Monday they showed up and repaired the roof. It cost exactly what I was quoted. [redacted] was great! I believe he went above and beyond what he had to do, and was always very pleasant and professional. I don't wish for roofing trouble, but if it were to happen again, I would call M I Sons Roofing immediately, no question about it.
