After talking to [redacted] ***, we have come to a resolution I would like to note that [redacted] did not try to contact us prior to her reportHad she, we would have been able to see what she was not happy withWe guarantee our services and could have made sure that she was happy with the end result(I do think that just going straight to the Revdex.com was an attempt to get cash back without us being able to verify the complaint.) In my investigation of what transpired, I did find out that she removed her lashes herself prior to coming to us, and afterHer natural lashes were fragileI did tell my stylists that even if someone wants the service, that if she felt her lashes couldn't handle it, she shouldn't proceed If there is any other information you need from me, please let me knowThank you, Sue
