This client was told from the very start that they did not have enough officers for this event I was told by the client that they had done this before and that they knew that they had enough officers for the event This was told to be by the advance team that came out ahead
of the actual event With that being said, Champion Security gave the client the number of officers that they requested, and a contract was signed by the client The advance team was given to personal mobile phone number of the owner of Champion Security During the course of the event, the client requested more officers, in which Champion Security did not have any more available, because we had scheduled for the contracted manned hours that the client had request This client was told from the start that they needed more officers, but in their attempt to cut corners and apparently save money, made the decision to not have enough security The client did call me regarding a *** that was stolen, the client was told to call the *** *** *** to file a report, which is standard, since the security officers are not police officers The client called me after the event with a list of things that they felt that was not done right by my officers I asked the client why wasn't I called since her staff, along with her had my personal phone number The client stated that they just wanted to get everything together and than make me aware of it She also stated that one of the guards was asleep, but was unable to give a day, a time, or a officers name, or who even complained The client than stated that she would like a 30% for poor service I informed the client that Champion Security had met all terms of the signed contract, and that they were told before the start of the event that they did not have enough security for the event, which is poor judgement on the part of the client, in their attempt to save money In additional, I personally went to this event several times with several supervisors and nothing was said to me in regards to her list of complaints The client also had my phone number, which for whatever reason did not use Champion Security has worked security before this event, and has worked security since this event at the *** * *** *** without any complaints
