The estimated balance we had for the client’s account in early October was $17,This amount was based off information obtained on August 31, from the client’s credit report through ExperianHowever, it wasn’t realized until recently that the client’s balances on some accounts had
increased somehow We attempted to contact these creditors to confirm why the balances increased but they refused to give us that informationWe can only speculate that some charges were made to the credit cards causing the balance to increaseOne example is the Walmart accountThe credit report showed a balance of $4,as of 8/11/2017, but it was discovered on 10/23/that the balance had increased to $4,All funds received from the client have been disbursed to all of the client’s creditorsAnd all fees charged to the client were refunded.
