Review: Asphalt extension to our existing driveway was installed. After the first year the asphalt started rippling and becoming uneven. Contacted MJM by phone to see what could be done, they sent a person out to look at the damage and said "there's nothing that could be done, unless I wanted them to bring out a steam roller and try to iron out the surface and try to make it flat." The second year of ownership on the driveway extension the conditions have worsened, to the point of where the extension is in a noticeably worse condition than that of the existing driveway which sees much more traffic. Speaking with a person on the phone, they didn't seem to care and expected me to have the job redone at my cost. The driveway has now gotten to the point where it's embarrassing, and I would like to have it publically known that this has happened to me, and give warning to future customers thinking about using MJM for their projects.Desired Settlement: I would like the job redone correctly, at a reduced cost. Or at least have MJM pay for half of the job to be preformed by another company that can do it correctly. Asphalt isn't supposed to degrade this quickly, and look this bad. Considering the original asphalt laid when the house was built looks pristine!

Our business is a seasonal one and the office is closed until mid-April. I will respond as soon as I have the opportunity once I return to the office.
