Mr [redacted] indicates that MJ McGuire has been working with the customer in good faith in an effort to resolve these issues, but that it cannot refund all monies...

He says since first approaching MJ McGuire about repairing / replacing his instrument cluster, Mr [redacted] has twice provided the dealership with used parts to use in the replacement, neither of which has been a "good," functioning part to date.
Mr [redacted] says that even as diagnostics have revealed issues with the parts provided (short, etc.), the dealership has attempted to work with the customer by paying half of labor charges, but MJ McGuire is unsure where Mr [redacted] is sourcing these parts, and cannot "work miracles."
He says that the dealership would still be willing to assist Mr [redacted] in locating functioning parts to perform the repair, but cannot refund money at this time or perform additional work for free.

They told me that they were going to send off my original panel to be fixed. After a few months, I called and that is when I was informed that they had lost it. Therefore, I had to purchase another one. Also, there was never any mention of my labor being paid by the McGuire at any time. No contact has ever been made by McGuire at any time after leaving their facility.
