we had 2 visits in the past yr or so for our gas steam boiler not functioning properly. service people came quickly, within an hr or two. replaced various parts each time...well, this winter 3rd visit needed...it was decided to replace some or all of the previous replacement parts and there was NO charge!!. now we have prompt heat, all is functioning well. we are very impressed w/ the way they stood behind their work...no arguments or unpleasantness. you don't find that in business much anymore. we are customers for life.
