There are incorrect information in the complaint.I had ( have ) been in constant contact with the homeowner since I received the email Wednesday, March 16, The storm was Monday, March 14, 2016., the storm was not a couple weeks ago.., Did not talk with homeowner on 3-11-as she stated was the 2nd time we talkedabout the issue I am not sure who she talked with the 1st time 3-2-13,We respond to all emails and calls if received.I informed her someone will ( would ) be out to inspect the area did not tell her it would be last week, I had just received the information from her on Wednesday, March 16, 2016,, informed her last Thursday it would be soon ( to not be alarmed if they saw someone walking in their yard) just did not know which day it would be, someone was ( is ) going to home today Wednesday, March 23.I did not tell her I would not look at the video, I informed her our computer do not have the capabilities of viewing the video, I ask her to please send pictures
The GM of Adams Home office in [redacted] talked with [redacted] about the boulder- rock issue Tuesday, March 29, 2016, he explained the boulder and rocks were from [redacted] ( another builder) in the sub-division
