My significant other applied for a class provided at this establishment one month agoAfter paying for the class in person the day of the class and signing Into the class, we were informed that the class had changed schedule We did not receive any previous information about the change After changing both of our work schedules for these three specific days and times, we were told to come in on the weekendWhen given this information we asked for a manager and we were told that there was no one else that could see us We then asked if there was another class or time availableThey said No and told us if that did not work for us that we should just take our money back Complaint number one; a little notice would be better than no notice at all Complaint number two; there is absolutely no customer service in this establishment Complete number three; there is always a manager that can be contacted
