In the Fall of I contracted with M-Jay Builders, Incto erect a detached garage, 28'x22', with 2nd floor storage area, poured foundation walls, stucco exterior with stone accents, at my residential property in New Castle County, DelawareThroughout the process, from proposal to completion, they were a pleasure to work withThey were prompt, polite, always available to answer questions and respectful of my property and the neighborhoodWhen I suggested minor changes to the plans they were willing and able to quickly Make the necessary adjustments, to the project and the costMerv Beiler also actually suggested changes to my original plans which resulted in a better productI am not experienced in construction but people I know who are have told me that the quality of the workmanship is outstandingBeing inexperienced, I was apprehensive going into the project but I could not be more satisfied with the finished product, the process and all my dealings with Merv Beiler and all of his crew

Being a single woman buying a roof was pretty scary. After a lot of quotes ,some higher some lower , I finally asked my neighbour who did his roof ,he said m jay builders.Merv came right out gave me quote,not the highest but not the lowest,they had done such a great job on the neighbours I hired them.
They came out and did a great job and looks beautiful.Very professional and did every thing I wanted . I couldn't be happier.
