On 05/13/14 a lunch order was placed via telephone for the [redacted] which is a department of the VA. The lunch items were delivered. Several individuals used debit/credit cards. When the delivery person arrived-each individual was able to sign for transaction charges. My receipt was $8.50. I signed this receipt, tipped the delivery person, and went to my station. I noticed shortly that this charge was complete on my online banking as $8.50 on 05/13/14. A couple of days later 05/15/14 that charge of $8.50 was no longer there, however, there was an unauthorized charge $14.50. I did not give House of Hunan verbal or written permission to alter this completed transaction.
