The motor that was supplied by the warranty company was not the correct motor? Our Service Tech spent several days on the phone with suppliers trying to find the correct motor? The motor was found today 7-14-and will be purchased and installed tomorrow? Mr [redacted] and our tech have been in contact throughout this time and Mr [redacted] is aware that we will be installing his motor tomorrow 7-15-

Yes, I understand the problem and I appreciate MrK***'s efforts to solve this issueHowever, I'll accept the resolution of this dispute and will revoke my complain as soon as the a/c is fixedThere was miscommunication between my wife and MrK [redacted] about the late service appointment, she did not prohibit the technician to come after 7.30, but just expressed her concern about possible noiseI do not need motor in my house since I did not order it, so it should be solved at the level of the service providerAt this moment, I have no a/c for more than a week at 90oF weather, which makes the situation very uneasy with kids in the house; therefore, the issue is still not resolved

The client is correct, the motor was delivered late afternoon on 7-8-We called the client on 7-9-and told them that the routes for 7=-9-and 7-11-were filled and we would try to be there mid to late afternoon on 7-11-Between 3:pm and 5:pm, I received no less than calls from the clientThings were moving along real good and I told the client we would be there between 4:and 5:pmAs it turned out, we ran into a problem that took us until 8:pm to correctThe client told us not to bother coming to the house if it was past 7:pmOur tech opened the box and found that the mfgsent the wrong replacement motorWe will drop the motor off at the clients house and they will be able to return the motor for the correct oneWe do apologize but, all the above issues are and were beyond our controlThank You for you time in this matterM&K

We called the client on 7-9-16 and told them that the routes for 7=-9-16 and 7-11-16 were filled and we would try to be there mid to late afternoon on 7-11-16. Between 3:30 pm and 5:45 pm, I received no less than 5 calls from...

the client. Things were moving along real good and I told the client we would be there between 4:30 and 5:00 pm. As it turned out, we ran into a problem that took us until 8:50 pm to correct. The client told us not to bother coming to the house if it was past 7:30 pm. Our tech opened the box and found that the mfg. sent the wrong replacement motor. We will drop the motor off at the clients house and they will be able to return the motor for the correct one. We do apologize but, all the above issues are and were beyond our control. At this moment, I have no a/c for more than a week at 90oF weather, which makes  the situation very uneasy with 2 kids in the house; therefore, the issue is still not resolved.
