I purchased siding from Community Builders in Septof it was to be installed by Thanksgiving of however it was install a few days before Christmas and once the installation was completed and the payment was delivered I noticed the siding was cut short around my storm door on the front porch and the doorbell was not connected I called my representative with Community Builders, [redacted] , and sent pics he is assured me that this would be corrected as soon as possible and that no job is complete until I was satisfied and it had been inspected by the company's inspector whose name is Will Upon further inspection I also noticed the siding was cut short on several other areas of my home and not secured in some areas, bubbled in placesThe cable cord was not reconnected to the eve of the houseI've made a number of phone calls to the installer as well as customer service with Community Builders who all stated that the issues would be fixed and I was not to worry today dat
On 2/12/around 7pm [redacted] of Community Builders came to our house to give us a quote on windows for the whole house We liked what we saw and placed an order of 2/19/we received some medical bills that we didn't know about and contacted [redacted] to cancel the order to stop all if any damage in the window making process [redacted] told us that we waited to long and that the order can't be canceledI asked him why not and he told me because we waited to long to cancel the orderthe 12th was a Friday so the paper work wouldn't have even been place until Monday the 15thSo you're telling me that from the 15th to the 19th that to much has been done and they can't cancel the order because I missed the deadline by day? It's now March 4, month after they came to give me a quote on my windows and they're still telling me that to much has happened and that they can't cancel my orderIf they would've canceled On the 19th when I asked none of this would be going on
Beware ambiguous sales contractsI met with sales executive *** to get a quote for a metal roofFrom ground level he estimated the amount of material needed at units, or 3,sfI told him that was extremely high for my small 1,sf house + 1-car garage & carportHe said someone would be out later to measure the roof areaHe wrote the contract based on his estimate although he did not specify units nor did specify (or tell me) the unit price for my “country metal” roofThe contract also did not indicate the 25% discount or “free” gutters he offeredIt only specified a lump-sum price he calculated in his headHe said they charge sales tax on materials (not labor) but the tax line on the contract was crossed outI questioned that but he didn’t provide an answerHe said in order to get the 25% discount and free gutters I had to sign the contract before he leftReluctantly, I did*** arrived a couple hours later to sketch and measure my roofI spoke with **
After getting in touch with the VP, Nathan they came out and looked at our house and since the company they purchased their product off went bankrupt they reimbursed some of the cost

We seen the advertisement for $for windows and had them come over and found out it was for Cheap windows We listened to the salesman and he was there for about hours and so we ordered windows The one window we have a problems with is the one in the bathroom The salesman said that it would be obscured and no one will be able to see in So we trusted that salesman and once the window was put in took down the curtain that was infront of the window and we took showers without that curtain because we took the word of the salesman My wife and my year granddaughters and I took showers and about weeks later my wife put some shampoo bottles in the windows sill, and my wife drove by and we could see the bottles clear as day So for those or so weeks my whole family has been advertising our bodies to anyone who would drive by and could see us The new salesman person we have is stating that the windows was put in backwards by the manufacturing and the are making a new one but with panes of Obscure glass
My biggest problem is my wife and year granddaughter was showering and showing the upper half of their body to anyone that is driving by and who knows if someone would stop and take a picture or even a video
Now CBI is telling me that they will take off $of the price of the windows and to put up a curtain for now
To me they do not seem to care if my family was advertising their bodies to everyone that would walk/drive by and see them
I would think that the Professional installer would of seen that and would of told us about it but NO they did not
I believe that I will talk to legal council about this issue so they SCREWED up and they don't to do nothing about it
I was not happy with end productThey charged me $6,dollars more than the advertisingThe materials were cheap and I would not recommend them to anyoneI would never use them again
We had Community Builders OKC install replacement windows I love them they keep the house cooler in the summer time and warmer in the winter time they are easy to clean I just love them They did a great job installing them , I would recommend them to anyone that needs windows
