Review: On Oct. 26, 2011 at final payment, I asked Michael for invoice for my shingles and vinyl. He told me he would drop it by. No Answer. I have called Michael 4 times since. He tells me he would drop the invoices by. To this day no reply.Desired Settlement: I need proof of purchase for my shingles and vinyl siding, for warranty in future should I need it. As a response to the letter about my complaint and the phone call to you on December 2, 2013 this is the letter you requested I send to you. As you know I have tried several times to get proof of purchase from Michael Hubble.

I visited [redacted] Vinyl several months ago. I asked what I would need for the warranty on my vinyl siding if I have problems in the future. They told me I would need proof of purchase. I contacted the company, [redacted] Vinyl Siding; they told me the same thing. Yesterday, December 2, 2013 I again visited [redacted] Vinyl. I asked for a copy of the invoice. They told me Michael, the contractor, would have to obtain it due to privacy.

I spoke to [redacted] in Abingdon several months ago about the warranty on my Certain Teed shingles. I was told I would need proof of purchase. On December 2, 2013, I contacted the Certain Teed Company. I was told I would need proof of purchase for warranty or transfer of warranty to a new buyer of my home. I again visited [redacted] the business where Michael purchased the shingles. They also told me because of privacy Michael would have to obtain a copy of the invoice to show proof of purchase.

All I need and am asking Michael to do is furnish and approved by each company a copy of the proof of purchase for the vinyl siding and shingles which he purchased and put on my house. It is important I have these 2 proofs of purchase since my house is on the market. Also who knows if Michael will be in business if I would need them?

The information provided will not resolve my complaint. I have that information but I need a receipt or invoice for the shingles and vinyl purchased on my home. I cannot register my warranty without that information. I have tried. You promised to give me the paperwork when I paid you. If the information requested is not received legal action will be taken.
