Review: On July 3rd, 2014 I came into the establishment to get an oil change. My expectant daughter, 2 grandchildren and myself were headed to [redacted] for the July 4th holiday. While in halfway there in [redacted] with 100+ degree weather, my car began to smoke extremely bad and oil started spewing up the windshield and on the car itself. We had to pull over and a Highway Patrolmen assisted us while we waited to have the car towed off the highway. As we waited in the heat for the car to be fixed and cleaned, the officer as well as a gas station attendant informed us that the oil dipstick had not be replaced properly and that is what caused the oil to spew out. My daughter became very ill from the smoke due to her sever asthma. The gas station attended told us to take the car back to Big O Tire, we were unable to continue our prepaid vacation and we subsequently drove with an uneasiness back home to Phoenix, Arizona. 2 Days later when we took the car back to Big O Tires, Mr. [redacted] the owner of the establishment, apologized for the inconvenience gave me a 50.00 certificate and stem cleaned my engine and the side of the car where they felt the oil had been.

Since that day, I informed him that this was an unfair resolution, he never offered to pay my expenses for the failed vacation trip, he advised he had no corporate office to complain too, and I have had an awful time with my cars engine since that time. I am seeking legal counsel and I want a response and financial resolution quickly. I am a single working mother who works very early hours and can not afford car problems. I am asking you to assist me in this situation. Thank you in advance for your assistance.Desired Settlement: Settlement for all monies lost and car repairs!

Review: Had issues from day 1. First got fuel pump replaced, was not properly installed and I was leaking gas for two days as I drove. the same week after bringing car back, mysteriously my radiator needed to be replaced. Had alignment done, and had to brign the car back cause the wheel was not adjusted properly. Shortly after my "new" radiator started leaking. Brought the car back, turns out they ordered the wrong radiator.. i'm afraid to go back. I don't trust them. i've invested time , weekend, time off work to keep bringing the truck back so they can fix whatever they messed up. I don't want compensation, just want a refund so I can get a new radiator somewhere else. I truly believe they're running a suspecious operation there. Every time I brough my truck in for repairs, I had to bring it back for other "things gone wrong" I DO NOT TRUST THOSE PEOPLE.Desired Settlement: I just want the a refund of the money I paid for the radiator. Im stressed, i'm driving with a leaking radiator, my car is my only means of transportation. Please help.

Customer [redacted] came into our store and was complaining of a coolant leak, upon inspection we noticed that the radiator was leaking. Radiator had be replaced before at this location while under corporate ownership, we told Ms. [redacted] that we would get with original parts supplier and warranty out radiator and submit labor claim so she would be covered under warranty. She at that time could not leave car with us so we went ahead and ordered a new radiator, when she came back to have radiator replaced we realized it was the wrong part within 10mins of her being at shop. We let her know we would need some additional time to get correct radiator due to this problem, she refused and demanded a full refund for the original purchase and stated that she didn't have time to leave vehicle. We let her know that the store had changed ownership since her car was last serviced and if she wanted a refund she would need to contact Big O Corp.. Also let her know if she changed her mind we could take care of radiator and warranty out just needed time to make sure we got right part..
