Review: I hired M L Landscaping Inc. to replace my backyard lawn using sod. The owner of the company, [redacted], measured the area himself and determined that 9 pallets of sod were needed for the job at a cost of $250.00 per pallet. When the job was completed, there were 2 whole pallets left over that he would not take back even though he admitted that he must have calculated incorrectly. After arguing with him, I gave in and paid the full amount but I still feel that he, not I, should have paid for his error. The cost of the wasted sod was $500.00.Desired Settlement: I feel that [redacted] cheated me and I want a refund from him for the unused sod.
M and l landscaping services has been servicing my l[redacted] in Lynnfield for at least 5 years now.
They are reliable, professional and do a great job .
