I gave this auto shop/dealership a car to repair or bring back to the roads. We agreed on a cost and he promised to deliver the service within two weeks. He asked that I gave him half of the cost charges, of which I gave them. Two weeks later, I got in touch via text messages to check up on the car. He claimed the car was fixed and ready for pick up the following week after it has passed inspection. Some few days after a friend who lives in the neighborhood saw my car untouched, same as it was when I brought to the dealership and left in the rain with no hood on the engine. I followed up the contact person at the dealership, confronted them and they were very apologetic with lots of excuses. They promised an extra week which I agreed. Some few weeks later I got in touch again and it was the same issue(car not touched) At that point I request for a refund but they said they wouldn't because they had moved the car and have striped the hood off and would not give me a full refund even though I demanded it. So, I gave in and gave them a last chance with me stepping to find an approved(by ML Motors) third party to get the work done. After that, I got some work done but not to the entirety of the my request. This third party charged me extra and of which ML gave me a receipt to say that would be deducted from the balance I owed. After having spent time and recourses to make sure over half of the work was done, now the dealership which is a mechanical shop has to do their part which is taking them forever to complete. I have called on the phone a million times to know the status the car. But I have been told by friend who lives in the neighborhood that my car is left sitting in the snow. I do not think that is professional and doesn't look like the service I requested. Very disappointed that this process has taken more then 4 months.Product_Or_Service: Auto Repair ServicesDesired SettlementI would prefer the dealership to be contacted and asked to honor their side of the deal and have them compensate me for the time wasted since they wont be completing their task as initially promised.
