Hi, Thank you for your quick reply We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines so we are not able to sell air alone You could certainly check the fares with Delta and then get back to me regarding your decision to cancel or not to cancel It will be published air and will have to be paid for at the time of booking if you book through them but it is possible that it could be less expensive Let me know anytime Kathy

Hi ***, It was nice hearing from you and I am having *** give you a ring in just a minute to let you know what we are doing. I am really sorry for the resort issues and to be very frank, I don't think you received the room that you reserved with us. There just seems
to be too many dependencies for me to think you should not have received the better room. Hi ***, The reason for the initial problem because the following flights were booked over the internet. This would have gotten you to your destination on June 8th at noon and since cheis at 3pm you would not have needed the hotel for the 7th but rather the 8th. The
system we use is smart enough to calculate the days of travel and days of stay. It would have been correct in assuming you would not have needed the hotel room for the 7th. On March 13th at 4:03p you spoke to one of our agents and we did as you have asked to book the rooms from 08-12JUN and that you would be getting a B&B on your own for the 7th. I am rejecting this response because: I don't know what your reading but this is not addressing my issues . I will just keep going up the ladder til I get this resolved . I'm on vacation right now still stressing over this . There has to be some legal action against this non sense you guys are doing . You guys are fraudulent and causing me extreme stress .

Thanks for the response  and explaination as to Delta's cancelation policy.  As to why the various reps couldn't tell us what you just explained, puzzled us. Wesuffere through a lot of grief and aggrevation for an unexplained reason. You havent addressed the repeated refund denials. But thanks for explaining the refund policy we were already versed in from Delta's cancelation of our flights last year.

Hi, I hope that I can explain what happened as I only have the notes in the booking to go by.  It appears that on January 3rd Delta Air Lines issued a waiver and the dates of your travel were affected.  When I read the notes it sounds as if you were offered to shift your dates and at that time you were going to talk to the other passengers and then let us know if you wanted to do that.  On the 4th you called back and at that time there were no flights available from JFK, LGA or EWR until the 7th due to continued flight cancellations.  In this case, if we can't get you to your destination we offer a full refund to the passengers and this goes back to the original form of payment.  It was never our intention to keep your money and the booking was cancelled on the 4th and then sent to our accounting department and from there, a refund was issued on the 9th.  Delta Vacations follows Delta Air Line policy.  If we are unable to get the passenger to their destination due to flight cancellations they are entitled to a full refund whether we are being charged for the hotel or not.  I hope this helps explain what happened but please know, we would not have kept your money.  Sincerely, Kathy
