Responding back to this customer concerns,I talked with her on Fri10/02/concerning the issue of a re-fund of $which was refunded on10/7/2015.I had talked to my mgmt team prior to this incident aboutexcessive deletes being done and that we needed to put a stop to it,theytook it the wrong way
and thought that no deletes{RE-FUNDS} were to bedone.They know now that only proper deletes are to be made withwitnesses to sign.Sorry about the confusion. Jeff *** ***
